This note is a summary of ICRIR's Board meeting on 10 March 2025.

Pay and benefits are an important part of ICRIR’s Employee Value Proposition. This policy sets out ICRIR’s pay arrangements, including pay bands, allowances and the pension provisions.

The External Advisory Group has been established by the ICRIR Board to advise the Commissioner for Investigations (and the wider Commission) on operating policies and practices. These are its terms of reference.

This Charter describes the quality of those relationships the Commission seeks to develop with requesting individuals, arising from the Commission’s vision, mission and values. The Commission and all its staff will seek to uphold the contents of this Charter and requesting individuals are encouraged to respect and adhere to the terms of the Charter.
