If you are a victim or survivor who suffered serious harm during the Troubles/Conflict or a close family member of someone who was killed, you can ask us to carry out an investigation for you. Even if you are not sure if you want an investigation or whether you are within our remit, you can contact us by email, dedicated telephone line or Freepost to discuss what you are looking for with our Case Support Team.
