The purpose of this Policy is to identify the rights that Data Subjects have in relation to their Personal Data, and to outline how we will respond to Subject Rights Requests in accordance with our legal obligations. This includes, but is not limited to, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (the Act) requires public authorities to have due regard to the need to promote equality of opportunity and regard to the desirability of fostering good relations across the categories outlined in the Act. This Equality Scheme outlines how the Commission fulfils its statutory obligations.
