ICRIR Framework for Implementing the Trauma and Resiliency Informed Model (TRIM)

This document outlines the Commission’s trauma and resiliency informed model. It sets out why the Commission has chosen to place such a priority on supporting people and how, through a whole-organisation approach, it will embed these principles in all of its work. The core purpose of the trauma and resiliency informed model is to support victims, survivors and families when they engage with the Commission. The document also explains the principles of the model and our implementation strategy. It commits to best practice and to improvement.
