Draft Code of Conduct

This code will help everyone in the Commission to carry out their work in accordance with clear values. It sets out the values we will hold ourselves accountable for and how every member of the Commission’s staff will uphold them in their work. (Please note that documents produced before 14 December 2023 were not Commission views, but initial proposals produced by Sir Declan and secretariat as part of preparatory work.)
